The Cosmos in a Vase

Happiness came. A dear friend arrived with a heavenly bunch of velvety chocolate cosmos from her garden. Later that afternoon I gathered a few more snippets, roses, nasturtiums and a twig of a beautiful acer. Then a quiet mindful few hours of carefully placing each stem to show their dancing ways. The lines orbiting around the rich “Hot Chocolate” roses and a Brown Sugar dahlia came together to make the sweetest gathering! I moved to find the loveliest light and spent another joyful hour capturing their movement with my camera. This photo has become one of my absolute favourites ever. I love the mood of dance, lightness, simplicity and airiness.

Pre-orders are now open for this, they will be available until last day of ordering on December 10th 2025. Orders will be posted by December 15th to allow time for you to receive them for Christmas.     • Each print is signed and comes with a numbered certificate of authentication.

    • The fine art paper is acid free and archival, and has a finish similar to watercolour paper, giving a painterly finish to the prints.

    • Dimensions refer to the paper size. Please check the measurements carefully. 

    • Comes unframed and gently rolled in a safe tube or rigid envelope. Care with handling is vital, this beautiful quality paper can mark easily.
