It is the work and writing of Constance Spry that influences my flowers more than any other person. She opened our eyes to seeing the beauty of more than the expected in flower arranging, and challenged the conventional, well before her time. Her way of creating a garden in a vase, with natural movement and gesture lights my heart always.

This arrangement is very much in her style, following the lines of the exquisite vase, with it looking as if it might have grown right up out of it. The layers of texture and movement, those little pincushion faces of the monarda and the gorgeous little white dahlias all come together to create a feel of joyful natural elegance.

Pre-orders are now open for this, they will be available until last day of ordering on December 10th 2025. Orders will be posted by December 15th to allow time for you to receive them for Christmas. These smaller A4 and medium A3 are open edition and are for Christmas 2025. After December 10th they will no longer be offered in these smaller sizes but will be in larger limited edition A2 & A1. Your pre order will be printed and sent by December the 15th 2025. Each comes with an authenticity certificate and handwritten card.

Postage is free within New Zealand, including rural delivery addresses. Please do ask if you have any questions at all though!

  • Limited Edition Archival Pigment Print on Hahnemühle Fine Art Paper

    • Each print is signed and comes with a numbered certificate of authentication.

    • The fine art paper is acid free and archival, and has a finish similar to watercolour paper, giving a painterly finish to the prints.

    • Dimensions refer to the paper size. Please check the measurements carefully. 

    • Comes unframed and gently rolled in a safe tube or rigid envelope. Care with handling is vital, this beautiful quality paper can mark easily.
